LUCY MCCALL
Lucy McCall is an artist and ceramicist based in Yorkshire. She utilises hand-building techniques to make small batch / limited edition ceramic art pieces, featuring dreamlike scenes of mermaids, cowgirls and other heroines.
I used her original drawings and ceramic pieces to create traced vector line art, for use across her marketing materials including postcards, stickers, business cards and compliment slips.
I traced an original painting of a cowgirl using Fresco to create the vector drawing, and then applied a vector decal texture as c a clipping mask.
The marketing materials were printed onto Unicorn White, an uncoated stock made from 100% de-inked post consumer waste, offering a beautiful textured finish.
